Role Description

We're looking for a freelance Architectural Technologist to assist with the technical design and delivery of our projects. Typical jobs range from domestic house extensions, renovations and new builds, to residential conversions and redevelopments.

The role will primarily require in-depth construction detailing and technical drawing, alongside collaboration with myself and other design consultants.

Skills & Qualifications

  • min. 3 years' post qualification experience working as an Architectural Technologist in the UK
  • Qualified Architectural Technologist
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit software
  • Comprehensive construction detailing and UK Building Regulations knowledge
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility and adaptiveness to deliver work in accordance with our set standards and deliverables.
  • Contentious attitude essential.
