Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Project Manager Team Leader
to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for delivering, assisting, and organising multiple projects while managing the implementation of
Microsoft Business Central
alongside our delivery teams. This position requires strong project management experience, technical expertise, and excellent collaboration and leadership skills to ensure project success and team effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage
    Business Central implementation projects
    from initiation to completion.
  • Define, manage, and deliver projects within the agreed
    scope, timeline, and budget
    .
  • Create, maintain, and update the
    project delivery plan
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and support staff.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate
    project risks and issues
    that may affect delivery.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders including clients, team members, executives, and external partners.
  • Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a
    collaborative, high-performance work environment
    .
  • Assign project tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
  • Provide
    training and mentorship
    to project team members and foster continuous learning and development.
  • Implement and oversee
    quality control measures
    to ensure deliverables meet or exceed standards.
  • Ensure compliance with
    industry standards and best practices
    .

Experience:

  • Minimum
    5 years' experience
    delivering
    Business Central/Dynamics NAV
    projects in a Partner environment.
  • Excellent
    communication and customer management
    skills.
  • Exceptional
    organisational, planning, and time management
    abilities.
  • Strong understanding of
    project objectives and business context
    at all stages.
  • Experience working in both
    Agile and Waterfall
    project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to
    take ownership and manage multiple tasks
    in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong
    problem-solving and analytical
    skills.

Salary:

  • Salary between £70/£75k
