Ricoh are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist – Partner Channel who will support the delivery of digital partner marketing activities across Europe, executing campaigns, content updates, and digital workflows that enhance partner engagement and enable channel growth. The role ensures consistent, high-quality digital execution across CRM/PRM systems, the partner portal, and core marketing channels, contributing to lead generation, partner activation and overall channel performance.

What you will be doing
- Digital Campaign Delivery & Execution
- Execute digital partner marketing campaigns across Europe, including email, social, landing pages and digital assets.
- Ensure accurate campaign setup, scheduling and deployment in alignment with central plans and partner needs.
- Support localisation requests to adapt centrally developed content for local markets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Partner Portal & PRM Support
- Maintain and update partner portal and PRM content, including pages, documents, imagery, partner communications, and campaign listings.
- Manage basic platform administration tasks such as asset uploads, user permissions, workflows and notifications.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency and timely updates across all partner-facing digital platforms.
- Digital Content Support
- Produce and adapt simple digital assets such as email copy, social posts, and basic visuals aligned to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate digital content input from cross-functional teams (Product, Brand, Demand, PR/Comms).
- Marketing Automation & Workflows
- Support execution of partner-facing automated journeys, including onboarding, enablement, updates and campaign triggers.
- Monitor workflow performance and propose improvements to enhance partner experience.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor digital campaign and platform performance using analytics dashboards.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
- Identify optimisation opportunities based on partner behaviour, campaign performance and platform analytics.
- Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration
- Work with central and local marketing teams, Sales, Product, Brand and Communications to ensure timely delivery of digital content.
- Collaborate with agencies and vendors to support digital campaign execution and portal updates.
- Content & Localization
- Adapt content and assets to partners into local languages by working with ELC team and driving communication and tracking timelines
- Collaborate with local OpCos to ensure all central assets are translated and then uploaded into PRM/ partner portal platform.
You will ideally have
- Ideally candidates will be educated to at least degree level or equivalent level professional qualification with preference given to subjects studied in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- Successful candidates will have previous experience in a similar role as part of digital marketing or marketing operations.
- Preferably candidates will have experience executing campaigns or managing content across multiple digital channels. Plus, experience with partner marketing or B2B environments.
- Ideally candidates will have exposure to marketing technology platforms (PRM, CRM, CMS) Alongside a working knowledge of digital marketing principles (email, SEO/SEM basics, social, content).
- Familiarity with CRM/PRM systems, CMS tools and marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
- Preferred candidates will understand partner or indirect channel marketing in a B2B environment.
- Ideally you will have strong organisational and multitasking skills. Alongside the ability to write simple, clear digital copy for partners, demonstrating strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Successful candidates will be comfortable using digital tools, platforms and analytics dashboards.
- Ideally you will be a strong communicator and collaborator across multiple teams and have the ability to manage routine tasks with minimal supervision.
