Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive environment.
  • Supervise clients during activities and outings, ensuring their safety at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in condition to senior staff.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support services.
  • Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their comfort and safety during transport.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge in senior care.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care role is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Ability to develop and follow care plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation electronically.
