What's this role all about?
The Transformation team are on hand for every hospital that uses the DrDoctor platform to ensure they get the most out of it. At DrDoctor, we want every installation of our platform to deliver the best possible results, without exception, and we help our hospitals through every step of the way.
Over many years, we have come to be experts in delivering technology and transforming hospital services from the ground up. Our Transformation team run the initial implementation and continuous improvement projects and are responsible for the long-term success of our clients.

But ultimately, we the NHS and want to help it work better. We radically transform the delivery of health services to make healthcare work for everyone – for patients, doctors, administrative teams and taxpayers.
What would I be doing day to day?
One of the great things about a scale-up is that every day is different and there is always an opportunity to get involved in something outside of your 'BAU'
However, the key things you could expect would include:
- Ensuring our implementation projects deliver the most important outcomes for our clients
- Managing large-scale transformation projects, predominantly within acute NHS trusts
- Developing great relationships with our clients and working with them to get maximum benefit from using our products and becoming advocates of what we do
- Working closely with service managers, clinicians and other key users developing solutions with them to solve their problems and so they become experts in using our products
- Actively monitoring customer activity to make sure they derive maximum benefit from using our products and maintaining high adoption metrics, working alongside our Account Managers to help demonstrate success to senior stakeholders
- Evaluating performance and utilisation trends, recommending improvements to processes and ways of using our products
- Analysing data and producing insightful reports that quantify the value we deliver to our clients
- Acting as the voice of the customer, collect, understand and use feedback to drive continuous improvement in our products and services and champion their ideas and issues
- You may also work on internal projects to improve the way your team and/or DrDoctor works
- Supporting upselling and new project sales through data analysis and supporting preparation of proposals
OK, I'm interested. What experience do I need to have?
We fully expect that you will need time to develop in your role and we are committed to supporting every step. However, some key skills are:
- Motivation to succeed and deliver results
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop rapport with hospital users so they enjoy working with you and respect your opinion
- Strong problem-solving skills, so you can identify the root cause of problems, develop solutions and communicate them to clients
- A keen eye for detail
- Experience analysing and presenting data using MS Excel, PowerBI and/or SQL
- You must be able to understand the technical side of what we do
Bonus points for:
- Relevant experience, knowledge and a passion for transforming healthcare
- Understanding of healthcare and the NHS
- Improvement management or system implementation background
