Installations Supervisor – ECO 4

Outlook Energy Solutions Ltd. are a fast-growing company based in Liverpool. We specialise in working with local authorities and national funding bodies to deliver energy-efficient home upgrades for those who need them most. Due to substantial growth over the last 12 months, we now require an Installations Supervisor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

Previous experience in the sector is not essential for this role, however we are seeking an individual with experience/ knowledge of the trades associated with ECO 4.

Role details

As the Installations Supervisor, you will support the successful delivery of ECO 4 projects, ensuring compliance to industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will co-ordinate with various stakeholders and maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Support the Installations Manager in the planning, preparation and execution of all installations.
  • Calculate and order supplies for delivery at installation location
  • Work with contractors to ensure the efficient completion of each installation to the required quality standards.
  • Continuously Monitor the quality of work carried out and address any issues that arise.
  • Address customer enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout the installation process.

Required skills

· Previous experience of ECO 4 or experience within social and domestic housing contracts.

· Strong people and operational management experience

· Confident communicating with contractors & customers.

· Excellent IT skills.

· Ability to work at pace, to strict deadlines.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Ability to Prioritise and multitask.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Holds current driving licence as regular travel to site will be required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year
