Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Toddler Room Leader to join our team. As a Toddler Leader, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Your role will involve planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, promoting social and emotional development, and fostering a love for learning.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement daily lesson plans that align with the curriculum

- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment for children to explore and learn

- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs

- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

- Promote social skills, independence, and self-confidence in children

- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide regular feedback to parents

- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and coordinate special events or projects

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations

Experience:

- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.

- Experience working with children ages 3-5 is highly desirable

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English

- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage young learners

- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices

- Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding children's behaviour and promoting positive interactions

We offer competitive pay based on experience along with opportunities for professional development. Once joined we offer £250 3 times: (At joining, 3 months and 6 months of completing probation period).
