Job DescriptionWe are looking for a CRM Eexcutive to join our Customer Engagement team in Experian Consumer Services on a 6 month fixed term basis. This is a hybrid role aligned to our office in Victoria, London, and you'll be required to come into the office 2 days a week.
The Customer Engagement team's purpose is to engage customers with a contact strategy which talks to them at the right time, through the right channel, in the right way, with a compelling and relevant message and offering.
As a CRM Executive, you will creating campaigns to understand our customers and help them understand and manage their credit score and finances in a way that is relevant to their individual circumstances.
Responsibilities
- You will use customer insight, analysis and data to create compelling campaign ideas, messaging and designs. Be customer centric to understand our customers and produce campaigns which bring our products and features to life, showing customers how Experian is on their side and helping them manage their finances.
- You will develop campaign executions and messaging throughout multiple customer journeys, creating consistent journeys across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. End-to-end campaign management from planning and execution through to reporting and implementing recommendations and optimisation.
- Have daily responsibility for defining and delivering our CRM plans with focus on engaging our existing customers.
- Partner with agencies and other teams to ensure all projects meet goals and all campaigns meet brand/content/compliance guidelines.
- CRM and campaign management – ability to show how to develop compelling creative and messaging with experience in using CRM tools – such as Oracle, Salesforce, Exact target, Marketing Suite
- Experience working on direct channels – SMS, Email, Push Notifications, DM
- Passionate about working with complex data and insights, with experience using it to drive campaign development, and improving targeting and performance
- Have managed numerous and simultaneous priorities and projects
- Experience working in cross functional teams
- Tailor communication style to suit the audience both internally and externally
