Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and versatile General Assistant/s to join our team (could suit couple). The roles are essential in providing support across various functions at our Fishery, holiday huts and dog walking fields, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate/s will possess strong communication skills, be proficient with changeover cleans etc and have the ability to engage with customers effectively. 2 bed mobile home provided. Opportunity also for some care assistant work. Happy for applicant/s to have other employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general assistance to staff and customers as needed.
  • Maintain organised records and files for easy access.
  • Engage with customers over the phone and on site.
  • Assist in upselling products or services by effectively communicating benefits to customers.
  • Conduct analysis of customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive working environment.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Ability to analyse information and provide insights for improvement.
  • Experience in upselling is a plus but not mandatory.
