What you'll be doing as a Quality Technician in Manufacturing- Carrying out regular inspections and testing of products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Recording, analysing, and reporting quality data accurately
- Investigating and documenting non-conformance issues, supporting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions
- Working closely with production teams to promote good manufacturing practice and continuous improvement
- Maintaining, calibrating, and verifying inspection equipment as required
- Upholding all health, safety, and hygiene standards whilst carrying out quality checks
- Supporting quality audits and participating in improvement projects as directed
- No previous quality assurance experience needed – we'll provide comprehensive training
- High attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach to work
- Effective communicator – able to work well with colleagues from production, technical, and management teams
- Comfortable using computer systems to document findings and generate quality reports
- Enthusiastic about learning, with a genuine interest in manufacturing best practice
- Flexible and adaptable – willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime if needed
