What you'll be doing as a Quality Technician in Manufacturing
  • Carrying out regular inspections and testing of products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Recording, analysing, and reporting quality data accurately
  • Investigating and documenting non-conformance issues, supporting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions
  • Working closely with production teams to promote good manufacturing practice and continuous improvement
  • Maintaining, calibrating, and verifying inspection equipment as required
  • Upholding all health, safety, and hygiene standards whilst carrying out quality checks
  • Supporting quality audits and participating in improvement projects as directed

  • No previous quality assurance experience needed – we'll provide comprehensive training
  • High attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach to work
  • Effective communicator – able to work well with colleagues from production, technical, and management teams
  • Comfortable using computer systems to document findings and generate quality reports
  • Enthusiastic about learning, with a genuine interest in manufacturing best practice
  • Flexible and adaptable – willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime if needed
  • Proactive and committed to upholding health and safety at all times
