Seeking a passionate and dedicated individual with experience supporting 16-25 years olds with Special Educational Needs within the workplace.

Overview:

Working for a leading education provider, you will provide work related support to individuals completing a term long Supported Internship Programme (1 day classroom, 4 days in the workplace).

A typical week:

  • Visit students in the workplace
  • Provide in classroom support
  • Work closely with employers to ensure success
  • Provide on the job training in work settings

You'll need the following:

  • Experience working with SEN learners
  • Experience of mentoring & coaching in the workplace
  • Ability to inspire & motivate learners/employers
  • Car driver, flexible with local travel
