Monday - Friday, 11:15 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Room Leader/Nursery Manager

You demonstrate self-awareness in your interactions, adapting your approach to suit individual children and reflecting on how your support impacts their wellbeing.

What You Bring
Passion for Early Years Education:
A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.

Knowledge of EYFS:
A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum.

Qualified & Experienced:
A Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare and a minimum grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).

Build Strong Relationships:
Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.

Team Player:
Excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
