The Role
We're looking for a versatile Creative Designer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll bring our clients' brands to life across multiple touchpoints—from social media graphics to website builds, video content to AI-generated visuals. You'll work across diverse B2B sectors, creating scroll-stopping content that resonates with professional audiences.
This role is perfect for someone who's constantly exploring new creative tools, loves jumping between projects, and gets excited about translating complex B2B propositions into beautiful, engaging content.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing for multiple platforms
: Creating everything from social media assets and infographics to pitch decks and marketing collateral using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma - Building and maintaining websites
: Developing client websites on Squarespace, Webflow, and WordPress, ensuring they're visually stunning and user-friendly - Video production
: Shooting, editing, and producing video content for social media, websites, and campaigns - Leveraging AI tools
: Using Midjourney and other AI creation tools to generate unique visuals and push creative boundaries - Developing brand identities
: Creating and maintaining cohesive brand aesthetics that capture each client's unique position in their market - Collaborating with the team
: Working alongside our strategists, copywriters, and account managers to deliver integrated campaigns - Staying ahead of trends
: Keeping your finger on the pulse of design trends, new tools, and what's working in B2B marketing
What We're Looking For
Essential
- 1-2 years of experience
in a creative role (agency, in-house, or freelance) - Proficiency in design tools
: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Figma - Website building skills
: Hands-on experience with Squarespace, Webflow, and WordPress - Video capabilities
: Comfortable shooting and editing video content - AI tool experience
: Familiarity with Midjourney or similar AI generation tools - Brand development skills
: An eye for creating cohesive, compelling brand aesthetics - Portfolio
: A portfolio showcasing diverse creative work (please include this with your application)
Nice to Have
- Experience working on B2B campaigns or with professional audiences
- Motion graphics or animation skills (can be in Canva)
- Understanding of UX/UI principles
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
- An interest in sustainability or purpose-driven brands

What We Offer
- Salary
: £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience - Work with diverse clients across cutting-edge industries
