Location: This role is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. It is a hybrid role, offering the opportunity to work remotely and from our Corby or London offices.
As the People Programme, Analytics & Integration Manager you will play a key role in people transformation across EMEA, with a strong focus on M&A activity. You'll combine programme management, analytics, and systems integration to deliver data-driven, people-centred solutions that support business growth.
A core part of the role involves supporting M&A due diligence and integration work, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and helping drive all people-related post-acquisition initiatives across the region.
What you'll be doing
- Support People Transformation & M&A Delivery: Contribute to EMEA people transformation and M&A workstreams — including due diligence, data analysis, and integration activities — to ensure smooth transitions and a positive employee experience.
- Coordinate Projects & Governance: Manage project documentation, timelines, governance, and stakeholder engagement to keep initiatives organised, aligned, and progressing effectively.
- Deliver Data, Insights & Reporting: Develop dashboards, analyse people data, prepare integration datasets, and provide clear insights that support informed decision-making and programme success.
- Enable Change & Capability Building: Support communication and change activities, assist with system testing and deployments, ensure data compliance, and create training materials that help teams adopt new tools and processes.
About you:
- HR Expertise: Strong experience in multinational HR/People functions, including HR programmes, systems, analytics, and data governance.
- Change & Transformation: Proven delivery across M&A activity (due diligence, TUPE, restructures), integrations, and people-focused change initiatives with effective stakeholder management.
- Data & Insight Capability: Advanced analytical and BI skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Collaborative & Solutions-Focused: Excellent project and communication skills, broad HR generalist knowledge (e.g., Talent, L&D, Reward/Performance), and a pragmatic, adaptable approach.
