You will be the vital link between our products and our customers, ensuring every interaction is as seamless as a perfectly fitted bathroom. You'll make a tangible difference by:

  • Engaging and Elevating: Connecting with customers via phone, email, and live chat, delivering solutions that earn 5-star reviews.
  • Expert Consulting: Becoming a product specialist, guiding customers to their perfect bathroom fit, from state-of-the-art shower systems to elegant roll-top tubs.
  • Achieving Goals: Consistently meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), running smoother than a thermostatic mixer valve.

The Logistics & The Talent We Seek:

We're seeking motivated individuals with a strong foundation in customer service or contact centres (But not a 100% requirement for this role). You must be computer literate, adept at multitasking, and, most importantly, possess a genuine passion for problem-solving and a desire to create satisfying customer journeys.

  • Location: Leyland, Lancashire
  • Salary: £26, £12.70 per hour)
  • Start Date: Monday
  • Hours: 40 per week.
  • Shift Example (5-week rotation): Your shifts will cover the full opening hours, consisting of one week of 12:30 – 21:00 shifts, one week of 09:30 – 18:00 shifts, and two weeks of 08:00 – 16:30 shifts.
