The Opportunity:

Our client, a highly successful and rapidly expanding Private Equity–backed international B2B/healthcare organisation, is seeking a commercially minded Senior Finance Manager to join its London headquarters. With revenues of approximately £150m and £50m EBITDA, the business continues to deliver impressive organic growth alongside a targeted M&A strategy. The organisation is gearing towards a strategic exit within the next three years, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to value creation in a fast-paced, PE environment.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Senior Finance Manager will lead a small finance team and play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, supporting commercial decision-making, and ensuring operational excellence across international markets. This individual will act as a key business partner to senior stakeholders, providing insightful financial analysis and supporting ongoing growth initiatives, including integration of new acquisitions.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a finance team, ensuring high-quality output, accuracy, and a strong culture of accountability.
  • Deliver robust management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance insight for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams across international markets to support strategic planning and commercial initiatives.
  • Support due diligence, financial modelling, and integration activities for M&A projects.
  • Drive process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks.

Work closely with the Finance Director to support PE reporting requirements and contribute to value creation projects ahead of exit.

The Requirements:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a professionally qualified accountant (
    ACA / ACCA / CIMA
    ) with 2–4 years post-qualified experience.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with exposure to commercial finance, business partnering or project-based analysis.
  • Demonstrate confidence in operating in a fast-paced, PE-backed or growth-driven environment (desirable, not essential).
  • Bring prior line management experience or demonstrate clear leadership potential.
  • Healthcare or B2B services industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Display ambition, ability, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
