MTDH Management serves as the appointed managing agent for MTD Housing, a newly established registered provider of social housing for profit. Based in Oxted, we manage MTD Housing's shared ownership and social rented properties across London and the surrounding areas. In addition, MTDH Management oversees a portfolio of properties for other freeholders, leaseholders and private rented homes.

We are dedicated to delivering high-quality housing management services, with a strong focus on financial sustainability, tenant well-being, and effective income management across a range of tenancy types.

Job Summary:

· Provide excellent service to tenants, leaseholders, and shared owners including tenancy management, tenant advice, and signposting for support from relevant agencies/services.

· Dealing with all incoming repair requests from tenants.

· Instructing contractors on works, to include estimate requests and reports etc.

· Utilising online MTDH Property Maintenance Portal to manage workload, monitor works and communicate with tenants/Leaseholders and contractors.

· Manage letting of vacant units.

· Work with income team to enforce the rent collection and arrears recovery policies and procedures, including proactive conversations with tenants, and attendance at court and evictions where necessary.

· Oversee tenancy termination to ensure properties are returned in good, clear condition.

· Complete property inspections, occupancy checks, and enforce any tenancy breaches.

· Adherence to compliance processes and procedures.

· Ensure services are resident focused and responsive. This may include the need to attend resident meetings, consultations & Community events

· Work in compliance with all MTDH policies, processes, performance targets and service standards.

· Take a proactive approach to tenancy management by adopting mobile working with the use of appropriate IT and communication systems.

· Take ownership and responsibility for service-related complaints and queries from tenants

· Ensure a speedy and focused response to anti-social behaviour and other breaches of tenancy conditions. Actions to be realistic, fast and efficient and supported by an effective action plan.

· Refer cases of suspected benefit fraud to the appropriate agencies, ensuring that detailed notes are recorded and noted accurately.

· Any other duties deemed necessary to assist the team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
