What you'll be doing...

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Head of Compensation to join our People team during a transformative period for the business. This is a unique opportunity to shape and enhance our global compensation strategy, ensuring we attract, retain, and reward top talent across the organisation.

Reporting to the VP of People and Culture you will deliver, equitable, and scalable compensation practices, whilst collaborating with senior leaders to lead impactful decisions, using data insights to influence people strategies and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...

  • Experience with compensation and total rewards, in a lead or senior specialist role.
  • Knowledge of job architecture and compensation frameworks, setting fair pay policies and pay benchmarking data and methodologies.
  • A go-to expert in Excel and Google Sheets, comfortable working with complex formulas, data visualisation, and process automation.
  • Experience with global compensation practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience advising HRBPs, leaders, and executives.
