We're now looking for ambitious Holiday Home Sales Advisors / Caravan Sales Executives / Leisure Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

The Role

As a Holiday Home Sales Advisor, you'll:

  • Build genuine relationships with customers and guide them through the holiday home ownership journey.
  • Create a friendly, professional environment where people feel confident making big decisions.
  • Showcase our beautiful holiday homes, caravans, and park facilities with enthusiasm and honesty.
  • Support customers with finance options to make ownership simple and affordable.
  • Achieve and exceed your sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For

  • Background in sales, caravan sales, property, or high-value sectors (preferred, not essential).
  • Confident, approachable, and able to build trust quickly.
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to succeed in a target-driven sales environment.
  • A genuine passion for people and helping families make lasting memories.

What's on Offer

  • Basic Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
  • OTE: £70,000+ (realistic, uncapped)
