Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong background in Retail sales. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing outstanding customer service. This role requires excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure that sales targets are met while delivering a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Engage in effective negotiation to close sales deals
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure product knowledge is up-to-date
  • Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
  • Experience
  • Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and organise tasks efficiently
  • A valid driving licence is preferred.
