Cladspray Solutions are a leading on-site spraying and industrial coatings specialist, working nationwide to transform industrial, commercial, and retail buildings. Known for our high standards, reliability, and technical expertise, we help clients extend the life of their buildings through professional spraying and refurbishment services.

We're now looking for a highly organised, detail-focused Project Delivery Manager to take ownership of projects from contract handover through to completion. This is an office-based coordination role, ensuring projects are planned properly, resourced correctly, delivered on time and on budget - and that clients feel supported throughout.

You'll be the central point of coordination for each project, responsible for planning, scheduling, logistics, communication, and ensuring we deliver exactly what we've promised. While the role is predominantly office-based, occasional site visits will be required for meetings, progress checks, or project reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of projects after handover and manage them through to completion.
  • Build clear project plans covering timelines, access, materials, sequencing, and resources.
  • Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to ensure the right people and equipment are in place.
  • Keep clients informed with clear, proactive communication and regular updates.
  • Raise purchase orders and support procurement of materials and access equipment.
  • Maintain accurate project records, progress notes, and completion paperwork.
