What you'll do:

Support administration of health, safety and environment activities to mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace and external environments, and provide employees with a safe and healthy working environment in line with the business plans and requirements, corporate guidelines and policies

Key Role Responsibilities:

Under supervision, support health, safety and environment plans and processes to provide employees a safe and healthy work environment

Comply with established procedures to support health and safety frameworks and policies across the operations, facilities and employees to comply to health and safety standards, laws and relevant regulations

Under supervision support policies and practices to identify/ mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace

Undertake generally repetitive tasks to detect potential workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices and working conditions

Support general admin tasks related to inspections of grounds, facilities and premises, detect areas of non-adherence and risks of injuries/ job-related threats as per the laid down policies and standards

Assist in reporting initial analysis on potential causes and measures based on investigations of job-related injuries and fatalities

Comply with established procedures to support recording of workplace injuries, illness and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information required by regulatory agencies

Classify basic information and suggested prevention measures related to causes of accidents

Resolve recurring routine issues and support enhancements related to health, safety and environment work methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
