Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Barefoot Physio is an established, evidence-based Physiotherapy Clinic with locations in Exeter and Bovey Tracey, Devon. We're looking for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist who shares our commitment to delivering the highest standards of care — the kind that goes beyond pain management to meaningful, lasting change.

About the Role

We're seeking a Physiotherapist with at least 4 years of post-graduate experience to join our friendly, multidisciplinary team. This role will begin at 15 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase as your caseload grows.

You'll need to be confident in using hands-on manual therapy techniques where appropriate, while integrating education, movement, and exercise-based rehabilitation to create clear, progressive treatment roadmaps for your patients.

You'll be supported by a collaborative team of experienced Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, and Personal Trainers who value reflective practice, open discussion, and evidence-based reasoning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy
• Valid HCPC registration and current CSP membership

(We cannot sponsor visa applications — candidates must have the right to work in the UK)

• Minimum 4 years' experience in MSK physiotherapy (private practice desirable)
• Confident in delivering manual therapy where clinically appropriate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to structure and deliver individualised, goal-driven treatment plans
• Genuine passion for helping people move, perform, and live better
