Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will play a key role in mentoring junior stylists, managing store operations, and delivering high-quality hair services, including barbering, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, extensions and treatments tailored to client needs.
  • Perform barbering services with precision and skill.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Mentor junior stylists by sharing knowledge and techniques to enhance their skills.
  • Promote additional services through effective upselling techniques to maximise client experience
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty to provide clients with innovative options.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in barbering techniques is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong mentoring skills to guide junior staff members in their professional development.
  • Ability to upsell services while maintaining a positive client experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
