Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Senior Compliance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within the healthcare (NHS) sector.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits to assess and maintain compliance standards.
- Develop and implement compliance management procedures.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
- Monitor account activities to identify and address any compliance issues promptly.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare (NHS) industry.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and regulatory bodies effectively.
