Role Description

Peartree Cleaning is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual ready to take the next step into their first
managerial role
. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced
Cleaning Supervisor
who's looking to grow their career and develop into an Area Supervisor position.

About the Role:

You'll oversee a portfolio of smaller contracts across London, ensuring excellent service delivery and smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves:

  • Managing and supporting cleaning teams across multiple sites
  • Ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Handling Health & Safety, HR, Payroll, and administration duties
  • Conducting site inspections and liaising with clients
  • Supporting and motivating team members to achieve excellence

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong Cleaning Supervisor ready to take the next step into management
  • Organised, proactive, and people-focused with great communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop leadership and management skills
  • Full UK driving licence preferred (travel across London required)

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and team management abilities to support and oversee site personnel
  • Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and ensuring operational upkeep
  • Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Facilities Operations to maintain seamless service delivery
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective peer coordination and maintaining client relationships
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards relevant to facility management services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
