Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Night Office team providing administrative support to the Warehouse operation. This will be a varied role and duties will include inputting sales orders and updating order progress sheets.
What does the job involve?
- Supporting the Night Warehouse Office team with all administrative tasks
- Recording data on to order progress sheets
- Ensuring labels are accurately added to orders
- Communication to Night warehouse management team throughout the shift
- Data input including customer sales orders
Key Skills / Experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Great organisational and prioritising skills with the ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced business.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills – preferably intermediate level
- Dedicated, hard working with a passion to learn and develop
