Multi Trader

Fortress Maintenance are seeking experienced self-employed Multi Traders to assist with our ongoing damp and mould contract along with insurance works in various locations across the region

We have a large pipeline of domestic properties that have been affected by damp and mould, along with those that have subsidence, fire and water/flood damage that require refurbishment to bring them up to their original standard.

Whilst we are seeking Multi's with broad skill sets, we understand that not all individuals will be able to carry out all works, however below is an overview of examples we cover:

• Disconnect, remove and refit sanitaryware including cisterns, pans, basins and baths

• Remove/reinstate/renew flooring (vinyl/tiled/ceramic/laminate etc.)

• Screed floors

• Remove/refit/fit new kitchen units and worktops

• Tiling

• Patch plaster repairs including boarding where required

• All aspects of decoration/painting

• Grind mortar and stich HeliBars into brickwork with resin and make good

• Remove/rehang/install new doors

• Remove/refit/install new skirting, architrave and coving

• Other aspects of general carpentry

• Remove/repair/reinstate guttering and drainage pipes

• Rendering/pebbledash

• Slabbing/concreting

• Any other associated works as required

Our jobs are best suited to people managing their own diaries that are looking to add additional jobs to their schedules.

We have some flexibility when booking and are looking to build a long standing relationship with trades to assist with the development and growth of the business.

All jobs are based on agreeable price with all materials provided.

Must have own van/tools.
