As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you'll work side-by-side with our founding team to identify, validate, and launch the next global venture — backed by the capital, infrastructure, and network of

What You'll Do

  • Identify Opportunities – Partner with 's leadership to uncover high-potential ideas in the AI, automation, and intelligent systems space.

  • Validate Markets – Lead research, interviews, and early testing to identify real-world pain points and market gaps.

  • Design & Build – Prototype and launch MVPs to rapidly test traction, retention, and growth potential.

  • Shape the Venture – Craft the business model, define go-to-market strategy, and recruit your founding team.

  • Operate Relentlessly – Drive execution from zero to one — iterate, launch, learn, and scale.

  • Lead the Spinout – Graduate your concept into an independent company, with the opportunity to become its Founding CEO.

  • Collaborate Closely – Work with 's in-house AI, engineering, product, design, and growth teams to accelerate development and market fit.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a founder, co-founder, or senior operator in a high-growth startup.

  • Deep curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

  • Strong product and market intuition — you understand users, markets, and timing.

  • Track record of shipping fast, learning quickly, and leading with conviction.

  • Ability to operate from zero to one — strategy, product, fundraising, and operations.

  • A builder's mindset — ambitious, hands-on, and unafraid to take ownership.
