Location: West London | Full-Time | £30,000–£34,500 per annum + Bonus

GinSen, one of London's leading Traditional Chinese Medicine clinics, is expanding our in-house creative and digital team. We are seeking a talented and driven Multimedia Designer with strong social media skills to help us elevate our brand, grow our global audience, and bring the beauty of Chinese Medicine to life through engaging visuals and digital storytelling.

About the Role

As our Multimedia Designer, you will take the lead in creating visual content for all digital platforms and support our social media marketing with design-driven campaigns. You'll work closely with our clinic, e-commerce, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and expand our global reach, especially through short-form videos, livestream content, and influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital and social media strategy aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
• Create, edit, and manage multimedia content (graphics, reels, short videos, banners, animations, etc.) for social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Support and participate in livestream and video campaigns for product education and wellness storytelling.
• Monitor and report on performance analytics, engagement, and trends to optimise visual strategy.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
• Build relationships with key influencers and assist in campaign planning and execution.
• Stay current with design trends and adapt them to TCM culture and wellness messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Animation, or Creative Arts.
• Degrees in Marketing, Film Production, or Media Studies with strong visual design experience.

Technical Proficiency

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Experience in editing short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
• Familiarity with Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Motion graphics and storyboarding knowledge is an advantage.

Portfolio Requirement

• Must provide a portfolio of original, creative digital content: videos, graphics, animations, and social media designs.
• Wellness, beauty, health, or e-commerce design samples are highly desirable.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years in a multimedia, digital content, or social media design role (freelance or in-house).
• Experience working with e-commerce, health/wellness brands, or TCM themes preferred.
• Knowledge of TikTok or livestream visual storytelling is a strong asset.

Language & Communication

• English proficiency with IELTS 6.5 or above (or equivalent) if English is not your first language.
• Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are a bonus, particularly for communicating design themes tied to Chinese Medicine and culture.
