Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Leadership

  • Serve as the primary contact for senior client stakeholders across global and regional OOH briefs.

  • Develop deep relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on all things OOH.

  • Lead the development and presentation of strategic recommendations, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.

  • Manage client expectations, objectives and timelines across all active business

Strategy & Planning

  • Translate client briefs into robust, insight-driven OOH strategies that span multiple markets.

  • Stay ahead of emerging OOH trends and technologies

  • Deliver superior OOH planning on both implementational and strategically led plan, driving insight, innovation and accountability

Strategic, Commercial & Operational Excellence

  • Oversee campaign budgets, forecasting, and reporting across all assigned accounts.

  • Contribute to new business development and global pitch opportunities as required.

  • Key understanding of business and market conditions to ensure you are engaged to capitalise on the latest global media opportunities

  • Understand the essential dynamics, drivers and strategies of your individual clients business

  • Act as a resource to team members to discuss ideas and direction on an on-going basis; be accessible

  • Empower and develop team on day to day business, ensuring quality output on every level

  • Drive client service excellence and assist the Head of Global OOH in fostering a culture of outstanding client servicing

  • Be an ambassador for dentsu OOH Global – both internally and externally, developing and building dentsu OOH Global brand reputation.
