Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service across our dining areas and bar. From breakfast to evening service, you'll help create memorable experiences for every guest at The Reserve.

Flexible Contracts Available

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient food and drink service
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of service areas, ensuring cleanliness and presentation
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menus and drinks
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Follow all hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role (preferred but not essential)
  • A warm and engaging personality with a genuine passion for guest service
  • Great team player with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
