Experience & Background
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a creative agency environment, ideally within shopper marketing or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative across POS, retail environments, experiential, brand activations, and digital/social channels.
- Comfortable taking projects from concept to final polished design.
- Experience working on both solo briefs and as part of a collaborative creative team.
Core Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in
Adobe Creative Cloud
, particularly
Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
. - Strong conceptual and visual design ability with a keen understanding of shopper behaviour and brand storytelling.
- Experience designing for both
traditional and digital touchpoints

Desirable Skills

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver creative concepts and designs across
POS, retail environments, brand activations, and digital/social channels
. - Translate strategic and shopper insights into compelling, brand-relevant creative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, 3D/motion designers, and account teams to produce integrated campaign work.
- Prepare and present design concepts internally and, where appropriate, to clients.
- Ensure all work meets brand guidelines, production standards, and retailer requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
- Stay up to date with evolving
digital, motion, 3D, and AI-based design trends
, contributing ideas that push the agency's creative output forward. - Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of creativity and collaboration within the studio.
