The Vacancy

We have an excellent opportunity to join our team at Wallfield as a Casual Residential Support Worker.

Wallfield is a residential home situated in Southbourne which is around 4 miles away from Bournemouth town centre. The home supports individuals with Learning Disabilities. We work in a person-centred way providing support for people living with complex care needs.

As a Residential Support Worker you will be working directly with our residents to support them in all aspects of their daily lives, personal care, accessing and engaging with the community, maintaining effective personal relationships, following personal plans and assessments.

We are seeking candidates who have a genuine wish to make people's lives better by actively supporting our clients and who are committed to sharing our vision of 'improving lives and building independence'.

You should be a strong team player with a positive attitude and a flexible approach. Competent IT skills are desirable with the ability to keep accurate records.
