We are currently seeking a Care Assistant with a compassionate heart and a drive for excellence to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal within our structure, ensuring the seamless delivery of Care and Support Plans to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver care and personal assistance to residents, enhancing their comfort and quality of life.
- Offer support and assistance to residents during the day.
- Prepare and serve meals; perform personal care activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and communal areas; manage laundry.
- Ensure a safe living environment, adhering to safety protocols and reporting potential hazards.
- Administer medications as required, under appropriate supervision.
