St. Gregory's Catholic High School is offering a unique opportunity for a Site Manager to join our successful and thriving school community. You will have the privilege of working with the wonderful staff and pupils of our family orientated school community.

The main aspect of this role is be responsible for the overall security and maintenance arrangements for the premises, this includes working with the Archdiocese on managing the Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule and school premises improvement projects in conjunction with external consultants.

The role includes ensuring high standards of hygiene around the school by managing both site and cleaning staff schedules and routine programmes of work.

The role of Site Manager at St Gregory's is more than just a job. This is role offers a real opportunity to help shape the experience of staff and pupils and to be an integral part of whole school and community life. This a role that is core to the school and is highly respected by all stakeholders.

Our school is at the heart of the thriving Catholic Parishes of West Warrington situated in an area of substantial growth next to all of the key motorway routes in the North West. We take pride in our relationship with the local community, partner primary schools and our partnerships within the archdiocese trust.

Your qualities will include having a calm, measured approach to the safety of all stakeholders whilst having a proactive and planned approach to school buildings improvement.
