London N, United Kingdom Kinetic Physio Full time £40,000 - £80,000 per year

About Us

Kinetic Physio is a growing, values-led women's health practice based within a modern gym facility in Muswell Hill, and now expanding into a brand-new clinic room in Winchmore Hill, North London.

Our approach combines clinical expertise with active, movement-led rehabilitation — helping women reconnect with their bodies, overcome pain, and move with confidence through every stage of life.

We currently specialise in MSK and pelvic health, including Mummy MOT / postnatal assessments, menopause-related changes, and the treatment of pelvic pain, vaginismus, and incontinence.

As the practice continues to grow, we're looking for a Women's Health Physiotherapist to work in our Winchmore Hill branch — someone who shares our passion for empowering women through evidence-based, compassionate care.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and expanding practice from the ground up and help shape how we deliver high-quality, holistic pelvic health physiotherapy in a friendly, gym-based environment.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of an established, trusted women's health brand expanding into a new North London location
  • Benefit from mentorship, professional development, and clinical support to help you grow your expertise in pelvic health
  • Enjoy a supportive, flexible work culture that values collaboration and autonomy
  • Work in a modern, gym-based space ideal for functional, movement-led rehab
  • Join a practice with a steady and growing referral base from GPs, gyms, and local networks — ensuring an active caseload from the start

Our Core Values

Empowerment – Supporting women to take control of their recovery and well-being through education, movement, and personalised care that builds confidence and independence.

Compassion – Creating a calm, welcoming environment where every woman feels listened to, supported, and understood — especially during vulnerable or transitional times.

Expertise – Delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy with specialist knowledge in pelvic health and rehabilitation, ensuring care is both clinically sound and deeply personal.

Holistic Care – Looking at the whole woman — body, mind, and lifestyle — to guide recovery and wellness in a way that feels supportive, practical, and empowering.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to be the first physiotherapist to join our Winchmore Hill branch, working within a collaborative, supportive environment that values professional growth and patient-centred care.

You'll manage a varied caseload that includes:

  • Mummy MOT / postnatal assessments and structured rehabilitation
  • Women with stress and urge incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and abdominal separation (diastasis recti)
  • Clients experiencing pelvic pain, vaginismus, or dyspareunia
  • Perimenopausal and menopausal women managing pelvic floor and musculoskeletal changes
  • Women seeking guidance for safe, progressive return to exercise and strength training

Your role will be both hands-on and exercise-led, requiring strong clinical reasoning, functional rehab skills, and a genuine passion for helping women move freely and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based women's health physiotherapy
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of pelvic health and women's wellness conditions
  • Combine manual therapy with exercise-based rehabilitation and education
  • Empower women through movement, lifestyle guidance, and long-term management strategies
  • Help establish and grow the women's health service in Winchmore Hill
  • Maintain accurate, professional clinical documentation

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
  • HCPC and CSP registration
  • Proven experience in pelvic health and women's health physiotherapy
  • Skilled in pelvic floor assessment, manual therapy, and exercise prescription
  • Confident in postnatal assessments and rehabilitation
  • Confident working independently in a gym-based or private practice setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for patient-centred women's health care
  • Availability to work 2 days per week (flexible scheduling available)

Desirable

  • Mummy MOT certification or equivalent postnatal training
  • Pilates, yoga, or movement therapy qualifications
  • Acupuncture or soft tissue release skills
  • Musculoskeletal (MSK) experience, particularly in functional rehabilitation
  • Experience supporting menopausal women and treating pelvic pain conditions
  • Interest in helping shape and grow a purpose-driven, expanding practice

Compensation & Benefits

  • Opportunities for professional development and mentorship
  • Supportive, flexible working environment within a modern gym setting
  • A unique opportunity to grow with a values-led, expanding women's health practice in Winchmore Hill, North London
