We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated catering staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will be required to cover for colleagues on ill health, vacant posts or other absence. This is a permanent post guaranteed of working 10 hours per week, term time only (45.8 weeks), in and around the Kimberworth area. (Additional hours may be available dependant on the school.) Weekly hours are unlikely to exceed 15 hours.

The length of time the cover is required in any one kitchen, may vary from 1 day up to several months.

You will be required to assist in:

The preparation, cooking and service of meals. Ensuring that all hygiene standards are maintained and that food rooms and associated areas are cleaned to a required standard.

Possession of a Food Safety Certificate Level 2 is desirable or willingness to undertake available training to attain certificate.

  • Access to a car is preferred.
