Client
A leading property firm who have a proven track record of supporting new hires to progress and develop their practice. Having worked with the firm on a number of senior hires through its growth, we have seen partners and senior solicitors from magic and silver circle firms choose this firm for their ambitious but supportive culture.

Role
  • Due to ongoing growth, this is an opportunity to join a core practice of a Top 50 firm. Working as part of a national team, this role would offer a suitable candidate an opportunity to develop a commercial property practice with support
  • This office has seen fantastic growth that now offers a strong and stable platform for a locally focussed, experienced Real Estate Partner
  • With flexibility as to the skill set of the joining individual, there is an opportunity to join a growing local team with a broad regional reach without stipulation as to work load
You
  • A driven and self motivated, experienced Partner with considerable experience in the Kent market
  • Ideally 10+ PQE experience and commitment to developing the regional practice (working closely with the London and firm-wide practice).
  • A strong communicator and collaborator, you will ideally demonstrate a long-standing interest in driving growth.
  • Capable of leadership and experienced in team management
