Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Head of Mechanical Services to join a national construction company based in Liverpool, Merseyside.

The company is a leading M&E Contractor with a solid history of installations and maintenance across the UK.

They have over 1500 workers delivering services and believe in creating great connections with their customers, their people, and their world.

About the role

As the Head of Mechanical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of the mechanical services department.

Your role will encompass strategic planning, team management, project execution, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in delivering mechanical services.

Hours of Work: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. 

Location: Liverpool, Merseyside

Your role will include:

  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in mechanical services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of facilities management best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance required.
  • A legal right to work in the UK.
