Job Summary

As a Lettings Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our property rental operations. You will lead a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional service delivery while managing all aspects of the lettings process. What you'll do

  • Oversee the entire lettings process, from property marketing to tenant placement.
  • Manage and mentor a team of lettings agents, providing training and development to enhance their skills.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease agreements to secure optimal terms for both landlords and tenants.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and maximize occupancy rates.
  • Develop strong relationships with landlords, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Monitor market trends to provide insights on pricing strategies and property improvements.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained throughout the lettings process.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in lettings or property management, showcasing your ability to lead a team effectively.

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of local rental markets and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Proficiency in property management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
