Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:
Female Support Worker – Be the Bright Spot in Someone's Week
Ardersier
15.5 hours – Starting at 9:30am and working until 10:00am the next day (includes sleepover)
Full UK Driving Licence Required

We're on the lookout for a fun, friendly, and reliable Female Support Worker to support a young woman with a vibrant personality who's ready to take on life with confidence—and a little help from you.
She's outgoing, enjoys good company, and has just moved into her new home in Ardersier, so it's a really exciting time
What You'll Be Doing:- Helping her live independently in her own home
- Supporting with personal care, household tasks, and mobility (she uses a wheelchair)
- Encouraging social activities and day-to-day routines
- Driving her vehicle to appointments and outings
You'll receive specialist training, so you'll feel fully equipped to provide the best support possible.
What We're Looking For:- A positive attitude and a good sense of humour
- Someone who's empathetic, respectful, and dependable
- A team player who's ready to make a difference
- A driver with a full UK licence
