Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Hartshill Care Ltd. In this role, you will provide essential support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence and dignity. This position is vital in helping us fulfill our commitment to high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Provide specialized care for residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
  • Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Administer first aid as needed and monitor residents' health conditions.
  • Support behavior management strategies to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Engage residents in social activities to promote mental stimulation and companionship.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of care plans and senior care best practices is essential.
  • Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects safely as required by the role.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members.
  • Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
