Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing premium fashion brand, is seeking an exceptional National Retail Operations Manager to lead their UK store portfolio. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-performing, fast-paced retail business at a pivotal point in its growth journey.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving sales performance and delivering ambitious growth targets across a multi-site retail estate across the UK.
- Elevating retail and operational standards to ensure a consistent, world-class customer experience.
- Leading, inspiring, and developing retail teams, coaching Store Managers into confident, high-performing leaders.
- Translating commercial strategy into operational excellence on the shop floor.
- Collaborating closely with senior leadership across all functions to maintain brand consistency and maximise commercial opportunities.
- Identifying opportunities for expansion and operational improvement to support future growth and scalability.
Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for an ambitious Head of Retail, Regional Manager, or Senior Area Manager seeking a significant next step in their career.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A proven background in premium, sales-driven retail environments—ideally fashion, accessories, beauty, or lifestyle.
- Strong leadership and people-development capabilities, with the ability to inspire teams and deliver results through others.
- Excellent commercial acumen, including experience managing KPIs, budgets, and full P&L responsibility.
- Agility, resilience, and a hands-on approach within a fast-paced, evolving retail landscape.
- A genuine passion for fashion, customer experience, and operational excellence.
