Job Title: PVC Patio Door FabricatorJob Summary

The PVC Patio Door Fabricator is responsible for assembling, cutting, and preparing PVC components to produce high-quality patio doors according to production specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and the ability to work safely with hand tools, machinery, and fabrication equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and prepare PVC profiles and components using saws, routers, welders, and specialized fabrication tools.
• Assemble patio door frames, sashes, glass units, and hardware components according to technical drawings and work orders.
• Operate PVC welding and corner-cleaning machines safely and efficiently.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
• Install locking mechanisms, rollers, handles, and additional door hardware.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Identify defective materials or components and report issues to supervisors.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in PVC fabrication, window/door manufacturing, or a similar production environment (preferred but not required).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with power tools and fabrication machinery.
• Good physical stamina; able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow established manufacturing processes.

Working Conditions
