CNC Machinist - Corby (NN17)

Your Role

As a Machinist, you'll be at the heart of operations, producing and repairing bespoke components that keep manufacturing running. You'll work from detailed engineering drawings, using lathes, milling machines, and other precision tools to deliver high-quality results.

You'll be part of a supportive, safety-first team working 8-hour shifts on a rotating pattern (days, backs, nights) Monday to Friday. With a brand-new workshop on the horizon, you'll help shape a cutting-edge facility.

What You'll Need
  • Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent experience
  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or similar
  • Skilled in manual lathes, milling machines, and general workshop tools
  • Valid driving licence
  • Strong understanding of safe systems of work

Desirable:

  • CNC machine experience (setting/programming)
  • IOSH or NEBOSH safety qualification
