I'm seeking an exceptional MEP Director to lead the £300M MEP package on a major new-build Life Sciences project in Oxfordshire. This is a high-profile, client-facing leadership role overseeing both pre-construction and delivery, driving strategy, and execution across all project stages.

The successful candidate will lead a team of up to 15 MEP Managers, providing strategic direction through design, procurement, and delivery, ensuring technical excellence and seamless stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full MEP strategy across pre-construction and delivery phases for a £300M package

  • Manage and develop a team of 15 MEP Managers and Engineers

  • Oversee design coordination, procurement planning, and construction delivery

  • Act as the key client and stakeholder interface, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication

  • Drive programme, cost, and quality performance across all MEP activities

About You:

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale MEP projects (£100M+) in life sciences, healthcare, or similarly complex sectors

  • Strong technical expertise across design, procurement, and construction phases

  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

  • Track record of leading large teams and successfully delivering high-value projects
