What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling property sales and lettings from initial enquiry through to completion
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers with buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
• Delivering excellent customer service and managing client expectations
• Assisting with property marketing, listings, and database management
• Working proactively to meet and exceed branch targets
• Supporting the team with day-to-day office operations 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in property sales and/or lettings
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, professional, and well-presented
• Highly motivated with a positive, "can-do" attitude
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to build lasting business relationships
• Customer-focused with great attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and own car preferred
• Team player with initiative and enthusiasm
