We are working with a law firm based in Ballymena for a Legal Secretary to join their Conveyancing & Probate team.

The Role:

The successful Legal Secretary will join a fantastic conveyancing and probate team, providing a range of administrative and secretarial services. Key responsibilities include audio typing and document preparation, file management, organising meetings, and supporting client communications.

Within the conveyancing team you will assist solicitors working on house sales and purchases, mortgages, and leases. Within the probate sphere, you will work on administering estates, inheritance tax planning, and drafting wills.

Essential Criteria:

  • Legal secretary conveyancing and probate experience;
  • Experience with land registry and home charter are essential;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders;
  • Organisation skills;
  • Ability to work in a busy environment;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Team player;
  • Technically excellent.
