We're looking for a talented Freelance Digital Designer to take ownership of the email marketing design function across both broadcast campaigns and automation flows.

You'll play a key role in bringing our email communications to life, ensuring every send reflects our brand's tone, style, and creativity. This role is fast-paced, with a high output of work (typically two broadcast emails per day, plus ongoing automated lifecycle campaigns), so strong time management and attention to detail are essential.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build marketing emails for broadcast campaigns
  • Design and iterate on automated email flows, including welcome journeys, retention, and re-engagement sequences
  • Work closely with marketing teams to interpret briefs, develop creative concepts, and deliver assets on time
  • Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across all devices and platforms
  • Collaborate with team members to balance workload between broadcast and automation projects
  • Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to produce pixel-perfect, on-brand email templates

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience designing for email marketing, ideally across both broadcast and automated campaigns
  • Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Understanding of email design principles, responsive layouts, and UX for email
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • A proactive mindset with great communication skills and collaborative spirit
